Champions League - Betaland Capo d'Orlando will partecipate to the 2017-18 edition

Betaland Capo d’Orlando proudly announces that the club will participate to the 2017-18 edition of the Basketball Champions League, starting from the 3rd Qualification Round (the last before the Regular Season). This will be a historic moment for our organization and the game of basketball in Sicily, as Betaland Capo d’Orlando will be the first ever Sicilian basketball men’s team to play an International competition for clubs.

Three more Italian teams will be involved in the Basketball Champions League: Sidigas Avellino, Banco di Sardegna Sassari and the new Italian domestic Champions Umana Reyer Venezia. Betaland Capo d’Orlando joins this competition after a successful 2016-17 campaign, with a second playoffs qualification in six Serie A appearences. The Basketball Champions League Draw will be held on July, 11.
