Dennis Schroder was involved in the trade that brought star Jimmy Butler to Golden State. The German point guard ended up with the Utah Jazz as part of the deal, which also included the Toronto Raptors. According to Marc J. Spears of Andscape, the Jazz are not interested in keeping Schroder for the rest of the season. As a result, he could be traded again before the deadline or reach a buyout agreement to become a free agent. Schroder is averaging 14.4 points and 5.5 assists this season between the Nets and the Warriors. He arrived in Golden State via trade in mid-December.
