“I think that's why I'm here. I'm the best rebounder ever.” This is how Andre Drummond introduced himself at the Philadelphia 76ers' media day. At the age of 31, the big man returned to the franchise where he previously had a stint in 2021/22-on a two-year free agent deal. Last season he produced an average of 8.4 points with 9.0 rebounds in 17.1 minutes with the Bulls. In his years in Detroit Drummond recorded impressive numbers. In 2017/18 he finished the year averaging 16 rebounds per game. He is 36th in history in rebounds captured - 10671 - and second among active players behind only LeBron James.
