David Blatt aveva assunto il ruolo di consigliere per i New York Knicks lo scorso dicembre. Era stato assunto da Steve Mills come consulente per passare dal coaching al front office. Ora, con l'arrivo di Karnisovas come nuovo rpesidente delle Basketball Operations, dalla Grande Mela avvisano che il rapporto è stato concluso.
